Thermal Performance
Like their name would suggest, our Warmer Roof structures offer outstanding thermal efficiency. They achieve a standard U-value of 0.15W/m2K, with the option to upgrade to Warmer Roof plus and achieve a U-value of 0.12W/m2K.
This far exceeds building regulations and will keep the homeowner in a warm and comfortable living space throughout the winter.
Easy Installation
The Warmer Roof is prefabricated for a speedy installation. For a tiled warmer roof, full length sheets are provided for a simple fit.
We provide all of our trade customers with dedicated support to make every installation simple. This includes delivery to most areas of the country, including Derby, Birmingham, Coventry, Milton Keynes, Leicester, Sheffield, Peterborough, Newark, Stoke on Trent, Nottingham, Lincoln.
Building Regulation Approved
Our Warmer Roof is JHAI system approved. This means that the roof has been independently tested and verified by a third party. The structural calculations, thermal performance and condensation risk, have all been assessed and approved.
With your building regulations approved, the installation process should be as smooth as possible and will avoid any unnecessary fuss.
Customisable Design
There’s the potential to bring more to the Warmer Roof. Request an external soffit or an internal pelmet to boost visual appeal and encourage the homeowner to add value to their property. These design elements will not just look great but can further insulate the conservatory or extension.

There is a ten years’ manufacturing warranty, and a 40 year warranty for the tiles. We’re confident of the premium quality of this product.
