THE STUDIO
The Studio garden room is a compact, stylish and building regulation compliant product. As a reverse lean-to structure, at 2500mm high, this garden room will not require planning permission – even if it is placed on a boundary.
It’s perfect for smaller gardens with reduced space. If the homeowner would like to request a garden room that has more height, they can select the Tall Studio, which reaches 2900mm for an enhanced feeling of space and the potential for more activities.
THE PAVILION
The Pavilion garden room is spacious and designed with a traditional Georgian roof for attractive kerb appeal. Its grand design style offers luxury and high performance benefits for the homeowner. There are four fixed rooflights to bring in bright natural light.
For the ultimate statement, request the Premium Pavilion garden room. This structure incorporates inline columns to break up the windows and enhance the thermal efficiency.
